Hands on Museum

Had a great time at the Ann Arbor Hands on Museum with our friends, the Hillards.   Here is a fun little video of our day.

First Haircut

Bennett got his first haircut today (7/14/2012), he did such a great job. Kim and I were not sure how he was going to react being in the barber chair, but he actually seemed to enjoy it! Dan, the barber even gave Bennett a certificate after successfully completing his first haircut.

Family Hike

We went for a hike a few Sundays ago at a park near our house (Scio Woods Preserve).  We have a cool backpack that Bennett can sit in and look around so he is really part of the hike.

At the beginning of the hike, Bennett was super fired up and loving it - he really loves to be outside.

Then he must have gotten a little bored and started to get drowsy...

Next thing we knew he was completely OUT

So we made a pillow out of a shirt for him and he slept for the majority of the walk - not a bad way to hike! 

Friday phone dump

I saw this idea on another blog and thought it was cute.  I don't take a ton of pictures on my phone, but the idea is that on each Friday, we upload pictures from our phone to the blog.  It might man that I actually end up posting more!

Months Five through Nine

So I kind of fell behind on doing the monthly posts.  I think the last one I actually posted was back at 4 months - oops. I figured I could do one big post with a bunch of pics from the past few of our monthly photo sessions.  These are a few of my favorites - some of them just make me laugh because he is making goofy faces.  This kid sure is a character!!

Valentines Day 2012

Bennett had a play date with his friend Brennan on Valentines Day!  They played with toys, rode on around on their Dad's shoulders and both puked on the carpet.  Good times! 

One tooth

It isn't the best picture, but he doesn't really like to stay still while we try to look in his mouth.  Bennett has one tooth with another close behind!
